Tropical Storm Lee Soaks New Orleans
NEW ORLEANS - Tropical Storm Lee was drenching New Orleans on Sunday as the Southern city, inundated by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, faced a test of its flood defenses from the slow-moving system.
