Oklahoma Grass Fires Rage, Emergency Declared
OKLAHOMA CITY - Grass fires spread by gusting winds swept through parts of Oklahoma on Friday, prompting authorities to dispatch helicopters, bulldozers and hundreds of firefighters to control the blazes.
