Snow Forecast In Northeast, Deep Freeze In Midwest

CHICAGO - A winter storm warning was in effect for parts of the northeast U.S. on Thursday evening expected to bring a new blanket of snow, and the upper Midwest braced for a deep freeze, forecasters said.
