U.S. Lawmakers Cheer As China Steel Firm Backs Out
WASHINGTON - Lawmakers from U.S. steel-producing states on Thursday cheered a decision by Chinese steel company Anshan Iron & Steel Group to back off plans to invest in a U.S. steel plant.
